To start a return, simply visit our Request Return & Replacement Page. Our team is here to guide you with clear and easy-to-follow instructions, ensuring a seamless experience.
We pack each product with care and love to ensure it reaches you safely. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, please send us photos and a video of the product and its packaging within 7 days of receipt.
If a wrong or damaged product has been delivered, we’ll replace it promptly with the correct item.
We accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:
A manufacturing defect is identified in the product.
The product received is different from what was ordered.
The product has not been used, worn, or damaged.
The item is returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
Proof of purchase or receipt is provided.
The product falls under warranty (if applicable).
Important Notes:
Some products, including food serving items, ceramics, and fragile goods, are non-returnable.
Handcrafted items and those made from natural materials with slight color or texture variations are not eligible for returns.
Minor imperfections, such as tiny bubbles on ceramics or a variance of up to 5% or 2 cm in dimensions, are not considered defects.
If the product is unavailable for replacement, a refund will be issued.
Damaged goods that show signs of misuse or tampering will not be accepted.
Refunds will not exceed the original value of the product.
Orders cannot be canceled or altered once packed or shipped. If an order is not accepted, it will be treated as a return.
For COD orders, refusal of delivery may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.
For prepaid orders, refused or returned items will be refunded, but re-delivery requests will incur additional charges.
We make the return process effortless. FGP will arrange for a free pick-up from your doorstep. Once the product passes our quality check, we will issue a store credit or process a refund to your original payment method.
As a gesture of goodwill, we ask customers to securely pack the return items to avoid damage during transit. If possible, conduct a drop test to ensure the packaging is intact before handing it over to the courier.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will notify you via email or call regarding its inspection status and the approval of your refund or store credit.
Refunds will be processed promptly once the product passes our quality checks. Store credits or vouchers issued can be redeemed on your next purchase within 3 months.
