If your order is canceled, lost, or undelivered to your chosen location, we will provide a full refund, including shipping charges. However, for orders canceled after dispatch, a 10% deduction will be applied to cover packing and shipping costs. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable for returned orders.
For COD orders above ₹5000, a 5% security deposit is required to confirm your order and initiate shipping.
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours, and deliveries typically arrive within 1 to 3 working days.
